  • Assist in commercial dispute matters and arbitration proceedings
  • Conduct legal research and prepare case notes, briefs, and opinions
  • Draft pleadings, petitions, and other legal documents
  • Support senior lawyers on advisory assignments and client communication
  • Handle filings and coordinate with courts/tribunals as required
