Position:

Practice Area:

Experience:
- 4–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
Eligibility:
- 4–5 years of PQE
- Strong experience in commercial litigation
- Excellent legal drafting and research skills
- Experience presenting arguments before High Courts, Tribunals, and District Courts
- Well-versed with the e-filing procedures of the High Court and NCLT
- Prior experience in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters is mandatory
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle commercial litigation matters before High Courts, Tribunals, and District Courts
- Draft pleadings, applications, legal opinions, and other litigation documents
- Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies
- Appear before judicial and quasi-judicial forums as required
- Manage High Court and NCLT e-filings
- Handle matters relating to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and support dispute resolution mandates
