- Associate — Litigation (3–5 years PQE)

Eligibility / Minimum Requirements:
- LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. from a recognized university
- 3–5 years of experience in litigation, preferably in commercial and civil matters
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
- Prior experience in handling matters before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and Tribunals preferred
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and work independently
Practice Areas / Focus:
- Commercial and Civil Litigation
- Corporate and Insolvency Matters (NCLT/NCLAT)
- Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review pleadings, petitions, applications, and written submissions
- Appear and assist in proceedings before the Supreme Court, High Court, and Tribunals
- Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare case briefs
- Coordinate with clients, counsels, and court officials for filings and case updates
- Manage case documentation, schedules, and deadlines efficiently
