Eligibility:

  • 3–5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
  • Strong interest and demonstrable experience in commercial litigation and restructuring matters

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling complex commercial disputes
  • Assisting in restructuring and insolvency-related matters
  • Drafting pleadings, applications, and legal research notes
  • Supporting litigation strategy and court proceedings
  • Coordinating with clients and internal teams
