Eligibility:

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Prior experience in handling consumer litigation matters
  • Strong drafting, research, and court appearance skills
  • Proficiency in the local language (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling consumer litigation matters before relevant forums
  • Drafting pleadings, complaints, replies, and legal submissions
  • Conducting legal research and case analysis
  • Appearing before consumer courts and related authorities
  • Coordinating with clients and internal teams
