Position:

  • Associate (Corporate & ADR)

Experience:

  • 0–2 years

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Law graduate (LL.B.)
  • Strong understanding of:
    – Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016
    – Companies Act, 2013
    – Contract Law
    – Arbitration laws
  • Candidates based in or around Chennai / Tamil Nadu preferred
  • Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on corporate and commercial legal matters
  • Assist in arbitration and dispute resolution matters
  • Handle cases before NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts, DRT, DRAT, and RERA
  • Conduct legal research, drafting, and case preparation
