Experience:
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE)
Eligibility:
- LL.B./B.L. degree from a recognized university
- Strong academic record and internship experience (preferred)
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of PQE in corporate law or contract drafting
- Freshers with relevant law firm internship experience will be preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior lawyers on corporate advisory matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including Service Agreements, NDAs, Vendor Agreements, Partnership Agreements, and Shareholders’ Agreements
- Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues
- Prepare legal opinions, research notes, and client advisories
- Engage with clients to understand business requirements and provide practical legal solutions
- Assist in employment-related matters and other corporate advisory assignments
