Eligibility:
- 1–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
- Strong written and spoken English
- Excellent legal research and drafting skills
- Practical experience in due diligence
- Experience drafting/reviewing agreements
- Exposure to litigation, court proceedings, and legal filings
- Ability to work across varied corporate and commercial matters
- Sound understanding of applicable laws and procedures
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional integrity and strong work ethic
- Candidates with experience limited to only one area are requested not to apply
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and case-law analysis
- Assist with legal due diligence
- Draft and review agreements and legal documents
- Support litigation matters, court proceedings, and filings
- Work on varied corporate and commercial assignments
- Assist senior lawyers with legal matters
- Manage assignments independently while meeting deadlines
- Support client-related and day-to-day legal requirements
