Position:

  • Associate – Corporate Commercial Practice
  • Full-Time
  • Paid probation period of 6 months

Eligibility:

  • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree
  • 0–2 years of post-qualification experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Assamese
  • Residence in Guwahati preferred
  • Interest in litigation preferred
  • Strong ability to learn and contribute to legal assignments

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Corporate Commercial team with ongoing legal matters
  • Support drafting and review of commercial agreements and legal documents
  • Conduct legal research and assist with legal analysis
  • Support contract-related and corporate advisory assignments
  • Assist senior team members with client matters and legal documentation
  • Contribute to dispute-related matters where required
  • Coordinate on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion
