Position:
- Associate – Corporate & Commercial / Venture Capital Practice
Practice Area:

Experience:
- 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
Eligibility:
- 1–3 years of PQE
- Exposure to Venture Capital investments, M&A, or Joint Venture (JV) transactions
- Good understanding of Corporate Laws, FEMA, RBI regulations, and Data Privacy
- Exposure to startups or venture-backed companies is desirable
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on corporate and commercial matters
- Assist with Venture Capital and Private Equity transactions
- Support mergers & acquisitions and strategic corporate transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and commercial agreements
- Work closely with founders, investors, and fast-growing businesses on legal and regulatory matters
