  • 1–2 years PQE (corporate advisory)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Strong understanding of corporate law and interest in M&A
  • Experience in general corporate advisory (for experienced candidates)
  • High attention to detail and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in corporate transactions and M&A deals
  • Support advisory work and cross-border matters
