Position:

  • Associate – Corporate Team

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 2–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
  • Experience or interest in corporate and commercial legal work
  • Strong drafting, research, and advisory skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced law firm environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in corporate and commercial advisory matters
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts and corporate documentation
  • Conducting legal research and preparing advisory notes
  • Supporting transactions and regulatory compliance work
  • Coordinating with clients and internal teams on corporate matters
