Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research on criminal and white-collar crime matters
- Draft pleadings, applications, briefs, and other legal documents
- Assist with preparation and conduct of litigation matters
- Support lawyers during court proceedings
- Assist with case preparation and analysis
- Work on matters through different stages of litigation
