IndiSec is a privacy consulting firm helping organisations strengthen their data protection and privacy posture through compliance, advisory, training, policy drafting, audits, and implementation support under the DPDP Act, 2023 and global privacy frameworks.

Position:

  • Associate – Data Privacy
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience

Eligibility:

  • LL.B. degree is mandatory
  • 1–2 years of experience in data privacy, technology law, compliance, or legal advisory
  • Working knowledge of the DPDP Act, 2023
  • Understanding of GDPR and global privacy frameworks preferred
  • Strong drafting, documentation, research, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review privacy policies, consent notices, DPIAs, ROPAs, contracts, and compliance frameworks
  • Research DPDP Act, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and other privacy laws
  • Prepare client reports, presentations, and compliance documentation
  • Support gap assessments, audits, implementation roadmaps, and remediation
  • Develop privacy training, awareness content, and handbooks
  • Assist with grievance redressal, incident reporting, and breach assessments
  • Contribute to legal blogs and knowledge-building initiatives
