Experience:

Eligibility:

  • Experience drafting technology-related commercial contracts
  • Working knowledge of Companies Act, 2013
  • Knowledge of FEMA, including FDI and ODI regulations
  • Strong legal research and drafting skills
  • Strong understanding of data protection and privacy laws
  • Knowledge of software licensing, SaaS, and AI offerings
  • Prior experience in DPDP implementation and advisory is essential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review technology-related commercial contracts
  • Advise on data protection and privacy matters
  • Support DPDP implementation and advisory assignments
  • Assist with corporate and commercial legal matters
  • Conduct legal research on technology, privacy, and corporate laws
  • Advise on software licensing, SaaS, and AI-related legal matters
