Eligibility:

• 3–4 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in direct tax litigation
• Experience in direct tax advisory on M&A transactions
• CA + Lawyer qualification preferred
• Strong research, drafting and advisory skills in tax matters

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle direct tax litigation matters before relevant forums
• Advise on tax aspects of M&A transactions and corporate restructuring
• Conduct tax research and prepare advisory notes and opinions
• Assist partners and senior associates on complex tax disputes and transactions
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams on tax compliance and strategy
