Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong legal acumen and analytical skills
- Ability to independently handle matters and demonstrate ownership
- Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills
- Prior experience in dispute resolution preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and vetting legal documents (pleadings, notices, written submissions, etc.)
- Appearing before courts/tribunals and assisting seniors in litigation matters
- Conducting legal research and preparing case strategies
- Managing litigation assignments and client coordination
- Contributing proactively to team deliverables in a fast-paced disputes practice
