Eligibility Criteria:
- LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. from a recognized institution
- 3–4 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong understanding of litigation and corporate legal practice
- Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to handle client communication and manage matters independently
- Prior experience representing clients before courts, tribunals, and forums in Delhi preferred
Practice Areas / Focus:
- Multi-domain legal practice including litigation, corporate advisory, and dispute resolution
- Representation before various courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, petitions, agreements, and opinions
- Represent clients before courts and tribunals in Delhi
- Provide strategic inputs on legal matters and client advisories
- Coordinate with clients, manage documentation, and ensure timely filings
- Work collaboratively with the firm’s partners and associates on multi-domain matters
