Experience:

  • 1–4 years PQE

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Law graduate (LL.B.)
  • Experience or strong interest in fintech regulations
  • Knowledge of RBI, SEBI, IRDAI frameworks
  • Exposure to debt transactions or banking & finance matters
  • Background in fintech / banking & finance (preferred)
  • Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on fintech and financial regulatory frameworks
  • Work on transactions involving fintech and financial services
  • Conduct legal research and draft regulatory opinions
  • Support compliance and advisory work for clients
  • Assist in structuring transactions and regulatory strategy
