  • General Corporate / Transactional Law

Experience:

  • 3–4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)

Eligibility:

  • 3–4 years of PQE
  • Strong transactional experience in M&A, PE and/or VC
  • Relevant experience in these practice areas is essential
  • Ability to work directly on transactions and client matters

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with M&A, Private Equity, and Venture Capital transactions
  • Support deal execution and transaction management
  • Conduct legal research and due diligence
  • Draft and review transaction-related documentation
  • Coordinate with clients and the legal team on ongoing transactions
  • Provide support across the transaction lifecycle
