Experience:
- 3–4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
Eligibility:
- 3–4 years of PQE
- Strong transactional experience in M&A, PE and/or VC
- Relevant experience in these practice areas is essential
- Ability to work directly on transactions and client matters
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with M&A, Private Equity, and Venture Capital transactions
- Support deal execution and transaction management
- Conduct legal research and due diligence
- Draft and review transaction-related documentation
- Coordinate with clients and the legal team on ongoing transactions
- Provide support across the transaction lifecycle
