Eligibility:

  • 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in General Corporate
  • CS + LL.B. qualification preferred
  • Prior experience with Tier-1 or Tier-2 law firms desirable
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client-management skills
  • Exposure to employment law will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements
  • Advise clients on general corporate and regulatory matters
  • Support transactional work and compliance advisory
  • Manage client relationships and coordinate with internal teams
  • Assist in employment law-related matters where required
