Position:

  • Associate – General Corporate

Experience:

  • 1–3 years PQE (Tier-1 law firm experience preferred)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 1–3 years of post-qualification experience with Tier-1 law firms
  • Experience in general corporate advisory
  • Strong experience in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
  • Exposure to corporate and regulatory matters
  • Experience in transactional work
  • Exposure to technology-related matters (preferred)
  • Ability to coordinate with teams and clients
