Eligibility Criteria:

  • Law graduate (implied)
  • Experience or exposure to both corporate and litigation work
  • Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage litigation matters and corporate assignments
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Note: Preference mentioned for male candidates (as per listing)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and assist in court proceedings
  • Conduct legal research and manage litigation matters across forums
  • Draft and review commercial contracts (NDAs, service agreements, etc.)
  • Support corporate advisory, due diligence, and client queries
