Responsibilities:

  • Work hands-on on corporate transactions and advisory matters
  • Assist with General Corporate Advisory assignments
  • Support M&A transactions and related legal work
  • Conduct legal research and analysis as required
  • Assist with transaction documentation and legal deliverables
  • Work on international and cross-border matters
  • Manage assignments with ownership and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain high standards of precision, clarity and quality across legal work
