Position:

  • Associate – General Corporate, M&A & Transactions
  • 1–2 years of post-qualification experience

Eligibility:

  • 1–2 years of relevant PQE
  • Experience or interest in General Corporate and M&A matters
  • Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work on transactional matters in a commercially focused environment

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general corporate and M&A transactions
  • Conduct legal research and transaction-related analysis
  • Support drafting and review of corporate and commercial documentation
  • Assist with due diligence and transaction execution
  • Coordinate with senior lawyers and stakeholders on ongoing matters
