Eligibility:
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience
- Prior work experience with Tier-1 law firm(s) (3–5 years mandatory)
- Strong grounding in General Corporate, M&A, and Private Equity
- Graduate from a top National Law University (NLU)
- Company Secretary (CS) qualification preferred
- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and client-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes transactional environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on corporate transactions including M&A and PE investments
- Draft, review and negotiate transaction documents (SPAs, SSAs, SHA, JV agreements, etc.)
- Conduct and oversee legal due diligence
- Support structuring, regulatory compliance, and deal execution
- Coordinate with clients, counterparty counsel, and internal teams
- Assist partners in complex corporate advisory and transactional mandates
