Eligibility:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in General Corporate Advisory, PE/VC transactions, and M&A matters
  • Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Professional approach with high standards of integrity and accountability

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting legal research, analysis, and due diligence for corporate and commercial transactions
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating shareholders’ agreements, investment agreements, transaction documents, board resolutions, legal opinions, and advisory memoranda
  • Assisting in structuring and execution of PE/VC funding rounds, M&A transactions, and corporate reorganisations
  • Advising on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and statutory filings under the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and allied laws
