Position:

  • Associate – General Practice
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Eligibility:

  • LL.B. through a 3-year or 5-year programme
  • At least 1 year of experience with a small or mid-sized law firm
  • Experience in real estate, debt recovery, insolvency, corporate, and general litigation
  • Strong legal research, drafting, court appearance, and briefing experience
  • Enrolment with the Bar Council of India is mandatory
  • Strong academics and fluency in English

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, notices, agreements, and ancillary documents
  • Prosecute matters, brief counsel, and appear before courts and tribunals
  • Support corporate commercial transactions including M&A, JVs, PE investments, restructuring, and fund formation
  • Draft and negotiate commercial, technology, licensing, franchise, software, service, NDA, and distribution agreements
  • Handle assigned litigation and transactional matters and travel across India as required
