Position:
- Legal Associate – IBC & Banking Recovery
Eligibility:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience
- Experience in IBC and Banking & Recovery practice areas
- Strong understanding of insolvency and banking recovery matters
- Relevant litigation and legal advisory experience preferred
Responsibilities:
- Handle matters relating to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code
- Work on banking and recovery matters
- Conduct legal research and case-law analysis
- Assist with drafting pleadings and legal documents
- Support litigation and recovery proceedings
- Coordinate with clients and senior team members
- Assist with day-to-day assignments within the IBC and Banking & Recovery practice
