Location:

Position:

  • Associate – Insolvency, RERA & Consumer Laws – Up to 1 year PQE
  • Associate – Indirect Tax Litigation – Up to 2 years PQE
  • 2 Vacancies
  • Full-Time

Eligibility:

  • LL.B. / Law degree
  • Up to 1 year PQE for Insolvency, RERA & Consumer Laws
  • Up to 2 years PQE for Indirect Tax Litigation
  • Relevant litigation and legal research experience preferred
  • Strong drafting and analytical skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with litigation and advisory matters in the respective practice areas
  • Conduct legal research and prepare case analysis
  • Draft pleadings, applications, submissions, and legal documents
  • Assist with proceedings before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities
  • Support senior lawyers with case preparation and client matters
