Eligibility:
- Strong interest in IPR — trademarks, copyrights, designs, etc.
- Basic experience in filings, prosecution, and legal research
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced IP practice
- 1–2 years post-qualification experience (PQE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with trademark, copyright, and design filings and prosecution
- Conduct IP-related legal research and prepare reports/briefs
- Draft legal documents, notices, responses, and client communications
- Support attorneys in IP advisory and contentious matters
- Coordinate case-related tasks and maintain timely follow-ups
