Position:

• Associate – IP Litigation & Enforcement
• Intellectual Property – Litigation & Enforcement

Eligibility:

• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience
• Prior experience in IP Litigation & Enforcement
• Candidates with relevant experience in intellectual property disputes and enforcement matters

Responsibilities:

• Work on Intellectual Property litigation and enforcement matters
• Conduct legal research and case-law analysis
• Draft pleadings, applications, notices, and other legal documents
• Assist with preparation and strategy for IP disputes and enforcement actions
• Work on matters involving trademarks, copyrights, designs, domain names, and related IP rights
• Support the team on IP conflicts and other intellectual property assignments
