Position:

• Associate – IP & Media & Entertainment

Eligibility:

• India-qualified Advocate
• 2–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Hands-on experience in IP litigation and trademark prosecution
• Strong drafting and analytical skills
• Genuine interest in the Media & Entertainment sector
• Ability to independently handle matters with sound professional judgment

Responsibilities:

• Handle trademark and copyright litigation, including pleadings, applications, notices, strategy, and hearings
• Appear before courts and prepare matters for hearings
• Draft pleadings, applications, and other legal documents
• Manage trademark prosecution, including searches, filings, examination responses, and portfolio management
• Draft and negotiate production, licensing, and content agreements
• Advise clients on exploitation, enforcement, and structuring of rights across content, licensing, and brand portfolios
