Eligibility:

  • 3–4 years of relevant PQE
  • Experience in trademark prosecution
  • Strong legal acumen and attention to detail
  • Keen interest in IP, technology and media laws
  • Familiarity with technology and media law is an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Handle trademark prosecution matters
  • Assist with IP, technology and media-related legal assignments
  • Conduct legal research and provide legal analysis
  • Draft and review relevant legal documents
  • Support the team on client advisory and assigned matters
