Position:

  • Associate – IP (Transactional & Litigation)

Experience:

  • 4–6 years PQE

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Law graduate (LL.B.)
  • Experience in Intellectual Property Rights (Transactional and Litigation Management)
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills
  • Experience in IP portfolio management and compliance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate IP agreements (assignment deeds, licensing, coexistence agreements, NDAs, etc.)
  • Manage end-to-end IP transactions including due diligence and structuring
  • Liaise with teams and associates on trademark, copyright, and design litigation matters
  • Manage IP portfolios and advise on enforcement strategies
  • Provide advisory on IP compliance and risk mitigation
