Eligibility:

  • 2–4 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in IPR litigation
  • Experience in media and entertainment law post-qualification will be preferred
  • Strong litigation exposure, drafting and court-handling skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle IP litigation matters including trademarks, copyright and related disputes
  • Draft pleadings, applications, replies and written submissions
  • Conduct legal research and assist in developing litigation strategy
  • Appear before courts/tribunals and coordinate with counsels where required
  • Liaise with clients and manage case documentation and timelines
