Eligibility Criteria:
- LL.B. from a recognized institution
- 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in Land Due Diligence / Title Search Reports
- Strong analytical, drafting, and documentation review skills
- Excellent attention to detail and familiarity with real estate laws and procedures
