Vacancy:

Eligibility:

  • Minimum 3+ years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
  • Strong command over practice and procedure, including filing
  • Sound understanding of litigation strategy
  • Ability to work across diverse areas of law
  • Confidence to express independent views

Preference for Experience In:

  • Criminal Law
  • Commercial Litigation
  • Arbitration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting pleadings, written submissions, and case notes
  • Briefing Senior Counsel
  • Court appearances before Supreme Court and Appellate Fora
  • Independently handling assigned matters
  • Managing filing and procedural compliances
