Location:

Position:

  • Associate Lawyer
  • Approximately 2 years of experience
  • Immediate / short-notice joining preferred
  • Preferably joining by October 2026

Eligibility:

  • Hands-on experience in trademark searches, filings, and prosecution
  • Experience drafting and handling trademark oppositions and counter-statements
  • Experience appearing before or coordinating with the Trade Marks Registry
  • Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
  • Strong legal research and independent matter management skills
  • Strong drafting, communication, and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

  • Handle trademark searches, filings, prosecution, and oppositions
  • Coordinate with the Trade Marks Registry
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts
  • Conduct legal research and manage assigned matters independently
  • Take ownership of legal assignments and client requirements
