• Associate Lawyer (PQE: 2–3 years)

Eligibility:
• LLB from a recognized institution
• 2–3 years relevant experience — strong preference for IPR (trade marks & copyright), contracts, and/or litigation
• Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Proactive, research-oriented approach to case handling
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review and file trademark and copyright applications; assist in prosecution and portfolio management
• Draft and review commercial contracts and licensing agreements
• Provide support on enforcement, opposition and infringement matters; assist in litigation where required
• Conduct legal research and prepare opinions, advices and client briefs in IPR and regulatory matters
• Coordinate with technical teams and external counsels; manage client deliverables and timelines
