Role Overview:
As an Associate in the Legal Centre of Excellence, you will support high-volume and ad-hoc legal projects, collaborate with global legal teams, and contribute to efficient delivery of legal solutions while gaining broad exposure to diverse legal workstreams.

Eligibility:

• Law degree from a premier law school in India
• 1+ year post-qualification experience
• Strong legal analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including interaction with senior business stakeholders
• Proficiency with technology tools and documentation management systems
• Strong teamwork, ownership mindset, and accountability
• Ability to identify and escalate issues in a timely manner
• Comfort working with metrics and data

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing legal analysis and support on legal projects and documentation
• Supporting high-volume transactions and remediation projects
• Designing and implementing process improvements to enhance team efficiency
• Conducting gap analysis on negotiated agreements against templates, playbooks, and policy manuals
• Identifying discrepancies, escalation mechanisms, and managing remediation exercises
• Reviewing legal documents and providing contract-focused legal support to Global Legal Teams
• Identifying opportunities for automation and collaborating with technology teams to implement solutions
