Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in the legal department of global corporations
  • Strong expertise in pharma law, legal compliance, and contracts
  • Excellent legal acumen and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High standards of business ethics and integrity
  • Strong stakeholder management and networking abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal and compliance advisory support to Rare Disease Operations, including Commercial and Medical Affairs teams
  • Conducting legal reviews of promotional and non-promotional materials for the Rare Disease portfolio
  • Handling competitor complaints and performing legal risk assessments
  • Advising on marketing, market access, and disease awareness initiatives
  • Supporting international congresses and approving promotional and medical activities
  • Developing training materials and conducting marketing law sessions
  • Driving legal and compliance projects and implementing training and communication initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance
