ALT India Legal is a New Delhi-based law firm with a pan-India network, offering a broad range of legal services and handling complex multi-jurisdictional transactions and disputes.
Location:
- Delhi NCR
Position:
- Associate – Litigation
- Full-Time, Onsite
- Six days a week
- 3-month probation period
Eligibility:
- 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Strong interest in litigation and dispute resolution
- Willingness to learn, work hard, and take increasing responsibility
- Candidates interested in building a long-term association with the firm
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and contribute to case strategy
- Draft pleadings in suits, arbitrations, writ petitions, and SLPs
- Undertake pre-litigation drafting, including legal notices, replies, and correspondence
- Assist with matters across different stages of litigation and dispute resolution
- Gain hands-on exposure to courts and tribunals across Delhi NCR
- Undertake occasional outstation work
