Position:

  • Associate – Litigation & Arbitration
  • 3+ years of substantive court/tribunal litigation experience
  • Practice Area: Litigation & Arbitration

Eligibility:

  • LL.B. qualification
  • 3+ years of substantive court/tribunal litigation experience
  • Strong drafting and legal research skills
  • Ability to independently handle matters with strategic direction
  • Strong analytical, advocacy, communication, and case-management skills
  • Delhi High Court, Commercial Courts, or arbitral tribunal experience preferred
  • Internship, in-house, corporate/legal department, and non-litigation experience will not count towards PQE

Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage matters from brief review through hearings and appearances
  • Handle civil and commercial litigation matters
  • Handle arbitration proceedings
  • Prepare pleadings, filings, and hearing-related documents
  • Appear before the Delhi High Court, Commercial Courts, and arbitral tribunals
  • Work on commercial disputes, arbitration, and/or IP litigation
