Position:

Eligibility:
- 2–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Relevant experience in litigation and/or arbitration preferred
- Ability to work on commercial disputes and complex legal matters
Responsibilities:
- Assist with civil and commercial litigation matters
- Work on arbitration proceedings and related case preparation
- Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs
- Draft pleadings, applications, submissions, and other legal documents
- Assist with matters before courts, tribunals, and arbitral tribunals
- Support senior lawyers in litigation strategy and client matters
- Work on commercial and investment-related disputes
