Position / Vacancies:
- Associate – Litigation & Arbitration — 1 position (1–3 years PQE)
Job Type:
- Full-time
Eligibility:
- LLB from a recognised university
- 1–3 years PQE in litigation and arbitration drafting
- Strong understanding of CPC, Arbitration Act and commercial laws
- Excellent drafting, legal research and written communication skills
- Ability to analyse case files and coordinate with seniors/clients
- Detail-oriented, organised and deadline-driven
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft replies, rejoinders, affidavits, written submissions, applications and petitions
- Conduct legal research and analyse precedents
- Review case documents and prepare accurate drafts
- Coordinate with senior lawyers and clients to finalise documents
- Prepare briefs, notes and compilations for hearings
- Maintain case records and ensure timely completion of all drafting tasks
