  • Associate – Litigation & Arbitration
  • 2–3 years PQE

Eligibility:

  • 2–3 years of post-qualification experience
  • Meaningful exposure to court work
  • Strong experience in legal drafting and research
  • Ability to handle matters with a degree of ownership and responsibility
  • Candidates interested in developing deeper experience in litigation and arbitration

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly on litigation and arbitration matters
  • Conduct legal research and case-law analysis
  • Draft pleadings, applications, notices, and other legal documents
  • Handle assigned matters with increasing ownership
  • Work closely with the legal team on case preparation and strategy
  • Actively contribute to ongoing legal matters rather than working on the periphery
