Eligibility:

  • 1–3 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in litigation
  • Prior experience in State/Government matters preferred
  • Strong drafting and legal research skills
  • Familiarity with court procedures and filing processes
  • Ability to handle matters independently and support seniors effectively

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in litigation before courts/tribunals in Delhi
  • Draft pleadings, applications, replies, and legal briefs
  • Conduct legal research and prepare case notes
  • Handle filings and procedural compliances
  • Coordinate with seniors and assist in case preparation and strategy
