  • Associate – Litigation & Dispute Resolution

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of litigation experience

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Enrolled Advocate
  • 1–2 years of relevant litigation experience
  • Strong interest in litigation and dispute resolution
  • Good legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented and committed professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft legal documents, pleadings, and applications
  • Appear before courts and assist in hearings
  • Conduct legal research and case analysis
  • Assist in case preparation and litigation strategy
  • Work on matters across various judicial forums
