Experience:

  • 3–5 years PQE

Eligibility Criteria:

  • LL.B. degree from a recognised institution
  • Enrolment with the Bar Council of India
  • Prior experience with a law firm or established chamber (preferred)
  • Experience in:
    – Arbitration
    – Insolvency matters
    – Specific performance disputes
    – Contractual disputes
  • Exposure before:
    – Supreme Court of India
    – High Courts
    – Tribunals
    – Sessions Courts
  • Strong drafting and litigation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft pleadings, applications, and written submissions
  • Appear independently before courts and tribunals
  • Brief senior counsel and assist in strategy
  • Manage client communication and case coordination
  • Conduct legal research and prepare case files
  • Handle matters from inception to final disposal
  • Work closely with junior colleagues on litigation matters
